Interior Design Process

Complimentary Consultation — one hour review of space, inspiration, and needs.

Design Proposal — We align on proposed scope of work, approach, budget and deliverables.

Approve Proposal — Service Agreement to be signed. Upon signature, 50% of the design fee is due to begin work.

Design Development Deliverables:

• Concept board that communicates the feel of the choices for the area/s we are working on, as well as an in-depth presentation of individual selections to show the proposed products in a comprehensive visual manner… This will help you consider each element.
• 2D floor plan showing layout of spaces to be addressed
• 2D elevation drawings for remodels
• Lighting plan (for renovations)
• Organized spreadsheet of materials, fixtures, and furniture secured for project

Review, revise, and finalize plans and selections.

Coordination — Communicate with builder, order and track furnishings, manage storage and delivery.

Administration — Oversee project, coordinate trades, and provide weekly updates.

Installation / Post-construction Walk-through — Everything is installed, set up, and arranged beautifully. You pass a critical eye to make sure you are happy with the outcome of the work.

Photography — A date post walk-through or installation to document the completed work.
